I admit I’ve been procrastinating about returning this item. Unfortunately, they are quite disappointing. They’re way too small, too narrow, and don’t offer a stable base for my foot—they just shift around. I’m considering returning them, but today is the final day for that, and I won’t be able to get them to UPS until tomorrow.

The insoles do their job, but there are several issues. The four layers feel excessive and uncomfortable, even in boots where they barely fit. They tend to slip and slide inside the shoe. The arch design pushes you forward, and the insoles themselves are quite hard, making each step feel awkward and leaving you feeling flat-footed. While I wouldn’t recommend them, they aren’t entirely terrible. At 5’9″, they do add some height, making me around 6 feet, but the design feels outdated. It’s 2023; you’d think creating a comfortable height-increasing insole would be simple, but apparently not. They might work for someone with a leg length discrepancy, but in my opinion, they’re just not worth it. I used a gift card to buy them, so I’m glad I didn’t spend actual money.

The quality is fantastic, they’re comfortable enough for everyday wear, and they’ve even helped reduce his lower back pain! The product includes a shoe insert with an initial lift, plus three additional lifts for extra height if needed!
