I have to say, this product definitely gives me the extra 2 inches I was looking for with my 6-foot frame, but only for about 30 minutes. After that, it becomes quite uncomfortable due to the gel heel soles. If they could just eliminate the heel soles and make them uniform with the upper part, I would definitely give it a 5-star rating.
The extra layers also add to the discomfort, creating a lot of pressure on my heels that can be really painful. While the gel heel sole might work well for some, everyone’s feet are different—especially when it comes to heel shape and flat feet—so it can be a bit of a gamble.
I still wear them because they fit well and perform wonderfully, but I do have to acclimate to the discomfort since the pressure on the heel is something to consider before buying. Honestly, how do women manage to wear heels all day? I’d go crazy!

As a shorter man who has tried nearly every height-increasing insole out there, I’ve encountered various issues—some are too hard, others too soft, many don’t breathe, leading to sweaty feet, and most compress quickly. Typically, these insoles are reasonably priced, so you learn to adapt. When I came across the Airize insoles, their description suggested improvements over past products I’ve used. They seem to be made from quality materials, and the extra height pads are securely locked in place. However, the claim that these insoles are thinner at the front is misleading. In reality, the front of the Airize insoles is not only thick but as thick, if not thicker, than other brands I’ve tried. I purchased them specifically because the ad mentioned a thinner sole at the front, which turned out to be untrue. I wear them in dress shoes, which have limited space, and the thickness of the insole at the front makes them unusable for me. I’ve gone back to another brand that actually has a thinner front sole. I’m not one to return disappointing items; I generally just throw them away. So, a word of caution to potential buyers: a higher price doesn’t guarantee a superior product.

These are the best height insoles I’ve ever used! I absolutely love the gel heel; it adds incredible comfort. The increments are just right, allowing you to wear the first part with low tops. The only drawback is that the gel could be better bonded to the sole—it definitely needs stronger glue.
