Initially, they looked fantastic. However, they were difficult to fit into shoes, and my kids found them uncomfortable and didnât want to wear them. They might work for high tops, but not for our regular kids’ tennis shoes. On the plus side, they were of good quality and quite thick.

As a woman, Iâm accustomed to wearing heels, so the 1-inch heel doesnât bother me. However, my husband found it uncomfortable and said it felt like he was in high heels. We recommend getting the small set for women’s shoe widths and the large for men’s sizes. He found the 0.6-inch heel comfortable with no noticeable discomfort, but the 1-inch was too much for him, so we returned it. The product does have a sticky side to help prevent sliding in the shoe.

From my experience, your body weight will compress it significantly, reducing it to nearly nothing even for someone with a slim, regular body type. So, if you truly need a thickness of 0.6 inches, I recommend opting for the 1-inch version. When used in shoes, it will likely compress to about 0.5 to 0.6 inches.
