It’s narrower than advertised, and I constantly feel like I’m going to roll my ankle as my foot tends to slide off to the side. It would benefit from being wider and having tapered edges to help keep the foot centered.

However, I found that 0.6 inches is not accurate; it actually measures 0.5 inches. This product is definitely overpriced for what it offers. Overall, I believe it’s not worth the purchase.
From my experience, I learned that body weight significantly compresses the gel, reducing its thickness to nearly nothing—even for someone of average build. If you truly require 0.6 inches, I recommend opting for the 1-inch versions. When placed in shoes, it tends to flatten to about 0.5 to 0.6 inches.
