Initially, I found these inserts nearly impossible to walk in due to their bounciness. I considered returning them after taking them out to sit for a bit. However, I decided to give them another shot a few days later, and they felt perfectly fine. Just make sure to break them in for a few days before embarking on any long walks, and you wonât even notice theyâre there.

The product is extremely soft and bouncy, making it unsuitable for formal shoes. While the Agnes style is acceptable, it still feels quite bouncy when walking, which isn’t very comfortable. For proper comfort, feet require a firm, supportive base, but this one offers more of a springy sensation.

After trying to use these in my shoes, I found that even at the lowest setting, my foot couldn’t fit in. They are simply too thick, and I believe you’d need shoes that are 1 or 2 sizes larger for them to be functional. I’m really disappointed with this purchase.

I’ll get straight to the point. I’m 6’0″ and have always wished I could be taller. Here are my thoughts:
Made in Korea
You canât go wrong with that! Itâs refreshing to see a product not made in China. Korea is known for its excellent quality control, and for the price, I was genuinely surprised. Itâs clearly marked on the packaging.
Avoid low-rise sneakers!
These inserts will likely take up 50-60% of the shoe space. If you pair them with sneakers, opt for high-tops. Otherwise, it will be obvious youâre using height-increasing soles, and your foot may feel crammed, leading to discomfort.
Works well with boots
They fit nicely in boots and are generally unnoticeable, providing enough space for both the sole and your foot. If the shoe is too small, you risk having no room for your feet.
Test the sole first
Start with just the base sole to see if itâs comfortable before adding height-increasing layers. If the base is uncomfortable, adding more will only make it worse. For me, even the base was uncomfortable after a few minutes. I wouldnât recommend these if youâre constantly on the move or need to be on your toes for work. They seem best for short walks or sitting for extended periods. If you experience any pain or discomfort, stop using them immediately. They pushed my toes deep into my boots, and Iâve felt mild discomfort in my toes and shins for two days now, but it’s manageable.
Estimate your height on tiptoes
To gauge how tall youâll appear, stand on your tiptoes and raise your heels by about 1.5 inches. Thatâs a realistic estimate of the height increase.
If these factors suit you and the price is reasonable, give them a try. The quality is good, but for me personally, theyâre uncomfortable and not worth it unless you’re trying to stand out next to someone. Iâm of average height, to begin with. Iâd love to rate it higher due to quality, but comfort is key, and for me, itâs just not practical.
